If you wish to cancel, please ensure it is done within this time frame, and we will be happy to issue a full refund. After this period, we are unable to process cancellations as we begin preparing your order for shipment. We also want to be transparent about our refund policy: we only offer refunds in cases where the wrong order has been sent or if your items are damaged upon arrival.
